SHIPPING RATES

We ship internationally via Canada Post and USPS and charge the actual cost of shipping.  

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. They are quite accurate, but discrepancies can occur. If you notice a significantly higher amount that you would expect, please contact us so we can check and make adjustments if necessary.

CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAXES

You are responsible for the payment of all applicable customs, duty and taxes.

INCREASE IN SHIPPING RATES

Note that we charge the actual amounts charged to us by Canada Post and USPS. Increases in rates are out of our control and this may occur without prior notice.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 48 hours on business days, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional time depending on the volume of orders received.  Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delays are no longer within our control. Weather along the way to you may also affect delivery times. If you encounter abnormal delays, please contact us so we can look into the problem for you.

Note that delays during holidays are a fact of life. Often the tracking is not updated until after the order is delivered to you. This also is out of our control.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are in the Roxboro/West Island area, you can pick up your order.

When you choose this option, you will receive a notification once your order is ready. Once you receive the notification, let us know what day and time you plan to pick up. We will schedule you for that time. Please let us know if anything changes. We adjust our schedules to ensure you can pick up your orders. We can also leave your order in a shipping box at our front door if we are unable to be here for your pick up time.

RETURNS

Note that since most items are custom made and that supplies may be ordered specifically for you, all sales are final unless you encounter a defect. If you do have a manufacturing defect, please contact me at kadamczyk@sdivadesigns.com and send photos with a description of the defect.
