Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Given that most of the items made in our shop are custom-made for you to your specifications, returns, exchanges or refunds are not possible. 

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been started and therefore cancellations can only be accepted within two (2) hours of placing your order. If your item is defective, I will replace the item or negotiate a refund that is acceptable to both of us. I require a photo clearly showing the defect before I can refund or replace your item.

If your item is damaged during shipping, you will need to claim from the shipping company. If the package is obviously damaged, do not accept delivery or take a picture before opening the package (since many delivery companies just leave packages at the door). 

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded products

3RD PARTY PRODUCTS


If the item you purchased was a 3rd party product (identified as such), you will need to contact the manufacturer to arrange for returns or refunds. We are not responsible for this process in any way.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of approving the refund.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
